Terms of Property Service
When you acquire JK Images LLC’s services, you are securing a dedicated time for our photographer to capture images and or record video at your property. The service does not include a predetermined quantity of images or a specified video duration unless such details are explicitly mentioned in the service description. It's important that your property is photo-ready, and the photographer or videographer should have the liberty to commence their work immediately upon arriving at your location.
Copyright Notice
JK Images LLC holds the copyrights for the media, and the copyright ownership is not transferred to any other entity unless an explicit written agreement is established. Licensing choices are available for the media, please contact us for more details. Please note that JK Images LLC does not supply RAW or unedited photographs or videos to the client. The client will exclusively have access to the finalized, edited product.
Photography / Videography Rights and Usage
The initial client (listing agent) for this service is granted permission to utilize these images, videos, or other media in any electronic or printed form for the property promotion and for the client’s branding. The licensing arrangement is between the copyright holder and the listing agent. This permission remains in effect indefinitely for their business marketing efforts, even after the property is no longer on the market. It is important to note that these images cannot be sold to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing from the original listing agent. The copyright owner retains the prerogative to relicense the images at their discretion.
Your Appointment
To ensure professional service for all our clients, your appointment is scheduled for a set amount of time. It's important that your property is in the condition you want to be photographed when we arrive, as we do not offer cleaning, relocation, or home staging services during the photo or video shoot. If your property is not photo-ready, it may affect the time available for the photographer to capture the media for the appointment.
